MAUI POP WARNER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

for choosing to register with Maui Pop Warner. Please carefully review all of the following information which provides
instructions on how to register your player/cheerleader for the coming season. We have also included some important dates to be aware of so you and your child have an unforgettable and fun experience!
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently taking registrations for Tiny Mites, 10U, 12U, & 14U age divisions. Your player’s age as of 07/31/2022 determines which age/division they will fall into.
PLEASE be sure to follow ALL below instructions to ensure there are no delays during the registration process.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) All new applicants must first create an online account to begin the registration process. Returning participants can login with previous account information.
2.) Please click on "Register Now" button below to create an online profile on the "Sports Connect" website.
3.) While creating your online profile, you will be required to select the player's division. Please use the Pop Warner Matrix to determine which division is to be selected.
4.) When selecting a team: (IMPORTANT PLEASE READ)
* Participants must register within their current physical residence address.
* No P.O. Boxes are allowed for physical current residence address.
* If participant registers in the wrong district, participant will be transferred to the correct district & division and will be placed on the bottom of the list if any availability are open.
* If roster is fully participant will be placed on a wait list.
* Maui Pop Warner has the right to request proof of residency.
4.) Payment will secure your spot on team.
5.) Once you have completed the online registration you must fill out, print and sign all required documents. Registration documents can be downloaded from the registration forms tab or by clicking here. All forms and documents are to be submitted at your first parent team meeting or first day of practice.
